The
prices are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast and service.
Cleaning and towels change is done twice a week, linen change – weekly.

In case of a group of 10 people additional sleeping places can be arranged in
the living room (a sofa-bed and a loveseat-bed) for 15 EURO per person.
For
return guests - 10% discounts.
Rooms
are no-pets and no-smoking.
Two
nights stay minimum.
One night stay - 150% of regular day rate.
Check-in:
after 13:00 (1:00 p.m.) We will be glad to make other arrangements with advance
notification.
Check-out:
noon (we can keep the luggage after this time).
Guaranteed early arrival (6:00 - 13:00) or late departure (noon - 19:00) - 50% of day rate; after 19:00 - 100%
RESERVATION and CANCELLATION
POLICY
To
guarantee the reservation we need to receive a deposit for
the amount of the first night stay.
In
case guests do not arrive by an appointed time accommodation in B&B will be
held for one night, then it will be cancelled automatically
We
will refund the deposit (minus bank transfer fee or credit card fee if
applicable) for cancellation received 10 days prior to arrival.
